What shipping service do you use?
We use Canpar shipping service with delivery confirmation.
How long does shipping take?
We ship your order out within 24 hrs of payment received. For Canada shipments allow 3-7 business days for delivery. For USA orders allow 7-14 business days. We do not offer international shipping.
My order should have been delivered by now. Where is it?
Please use the contact us page to submit your order info and our shipping department will email or call you with information relating to your order and shipping status.
What is your return policy?
We offer a 100% no questions asked money back guarantee. Item must be returned unused in exact same condition as received within 10 business days.
